medication effectiveness, and pain & disease management.
Respite: Respite services are intended to provide a break for the caregiver with inpatient care.
Chaplain: Sequoyah Memorial Homecare employs a qualified and compassionate minister to provide spiritual guidance and bereavement to our Hospice patients.
Medical Social Worker: A qualified professional available for counseling and planning.
Speech Therapy: Patients will receive assistance with actions such as communication and swallowing.
Occupational Therapy: Our experienced and professional Occupational Therapists provide assistance and information on fall prevention and adaptations for the disabled (bathing, dressing, and cooking).
Physical Therapy: Qualified physical therapists who are dedicated to the patient’s physical improvement and overall well-being provide assistance with balance, walking, and strengthening exercises.
Medical Equipment: Bath chairs, wheelchairs (electric and standard), hospital beds, walkers, canes, bedside commodes, respiratory equipment, oxygen, and Ensure and other nutritional supplies are available to our Homecare patients through our Home Medical Equipment department.
