Sequoyah Memorial offers state-of-the-art GE Healthcare Lunar densitometer for axial measurement of bone density. The highly precise and accurate densitometer identifies bone loss at the major fracture sites (i.e. femur and spine in just minutes). Along with the standard sites, SMH also offers:

• Dual Femur measurement to assess the average density of both femurs for confident patient management
• Total Body measurement for both bone density and body composition assessment, which is an excellent tool to assess weight loss therapies, endocrine/growth disorders, pediatric patients, and patients with secondary osteoporosis.
